Drill #6 - 2vs1 with back-checker

Defence passes to corner and walks out to centre of blue-line

Forward passes puck back to point and drive net for deflection

Defence takes quick hard shot from point

Forward take pass from corner and attack 2vs1

As forwards cross the blueline the back-checker jumps in to have a 2vs1 with a back-checker

As all 4 players cross far blueline - defenceman on that blueline gets into position and receives pass from corner

After their play is complete - all 4 players stay in front of net to cause traffic for point shot

After shot, 2 more forwards attack that defenceman for a 2vs1 - next backer will jump in at that blueline

The first 4 players rest and rotate into another position
